FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Once defrosted, our cakes last 5-8 days in a refrigerator.
Our products can be refrozen up to 2 times. Keep the product in it’s original corrugated freezer box. Most cakes can be frozen up to 3 months in our box. Cheesecakes can be frozen up to 6 months.
Because mousse cakes are more fragile, they can only be left out for 1 hour. However, we recommend that they are served cold. Mousse cakes taste best when refrigerated until serving time.
General Handling Instructions

Layer cakes need to be thawed 2-3 hours at room temperature (from freezer). Cheesecakes and fruit pies can take up to 12 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator to thaw.
