General Handling Instructions
When you want to serve our cakes, remove the cake from box and thaw at room temperature. All of our cakes require 4-5 hours in a refrigerator from their frozen state. Layer cakes need to be thawed 2-3 hours at room temperature (from freezer). Cheesecakes and fruit pies can take up to 12 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator to thaw.
Tips and Advice
- If cakes are ordered for an event and the event is cancelled, all cakes and cupcakes can be frozen.
- Keep cakes refrigerated or frozen and you can display a few slices at a time. This eliminates waste.
