Cake Options: Chocolate, Vanilla, Red Velvet, Blue Velvet or Carrot. Additional $5.00 for two cake flavors layered on top of one another (not available side by side).
Available Fillings: Chocolate mousse, fudge, blackout pudding, cream cheese, buttercream (vanilla, chocolate, peanut butter, strawberry, Oreo, mocha, raspberry), custard, lemon custard, strawberry, cherry, peach, blueberry, raspberry, pineapple, lemon, apricot, coconut snow ball and whipped cream. Cannoli filling available for an additional $5.00.
Available Frostings: Buttercream (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mocha and peanut butter), fudge, sweet cream cheese, and whipped cream. Ganache frosting is available for an additional $10.00.
Specialty Decorated Cakes: All customers who wish to have a special design or drawing on their cake must supply a picture for the decorator to work from. Drawings and Special Decorations are an additional $25.00 & up depending on the difficulty. Buttercream drawings can only be made on buttercream frosting on cakes larger than 1/4 sheet. Please note, we require 24 hours notice for custom writing on our cakes.
Cake Writing: Come in Monday-Saturday and get writing on any in-stock cake while you wait; no need to place an order!

Important Information: Order Cancellations
At Carousel Cakes, the safety and well-being of our customers and staff is extremely important.
We understand the frustration of having to cancel events and parties due to the COVID-19 virus. Typically, with the exception of custom fondant work, our cancellation policy is 3 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date. Due to the virus, we will be accepting 48 hour cancellation notice to your scheduled pick-up date and you will receive full store credit. Unfortunately, we will be unable to make any exceptions after 48 hours.
